I Recently made a Video titled JUST PLAYZ?!?! It was only 3 seconds of the song Compton by Kendrick and it was not even missed rated if the song on the vid was longer it’d be copyrighted in an instant what made it get taken down??

Sure, it's a start - but you don't have to upload it. Lots of short/test animations get blammed everyday, it's best to upload completed works instead of short stuff. Aim for a minute, or something longer.
Oh and try to avoid copyrighted music.

Yeah, like DeaghlanNG said, the work got blammed aka deleted for getting an overall low score (now the blam threshold has been increased from 1.75 to 2.00, it was a change happened on December 6, 2024). Extremely short animations, short loops, low effort works are easy prey of blam. Misrating is not a cause of blam since it's linked to flagging a submission for not following rules and it's taken care of by a mod.

As others have already explained (thank you for that, by the way - that spares me some time), short, effortless-made animations/games tend to get blammed everyday by their oversimplicity and by the overall disagreement of the community to keep them on the site.
Make sure to take that into account, for next time. While I can't assure you that this won't happen to you again in future occasions, putting more work in your next projects will give them more possibilities to pass the Under Judgment process.
